Hello guys, long time no talk!!
What have I been up to?! :D
hmmm... too many to tell!!!!
It's been almost an year since I started working at Fuji Television.
It's pretty cool job. I make DVDs of TV shows of Fuji channel and also we purchase those programs from abroad.
Like "The Hills", "The City"(MTV) and also a huge animation called "Chuggington" (BBC) which is going to be a big monster like "Thomas the tank engine" for the next generation.
Yup,,, pretty much fun to work at here. You can meet lots of celebrities, can go to many fancy places like international content market, licensing shows, MIPCOM and other film festivals.
I've learned a lot how to produce stuff and also about the law.
However...
The things happen in only a TV world. And I definitely wanna go to the next step.
"A FILM WORLD"
That's what I want.
Oh, btw I just talk to Rob Epstein who won Academy Award twice before. He was my professor when I was in Media Department in CCA.
He made a documentary called "The Times of Harvey Milk"and he helped crew of "MILK" to make a real drama of Harvey Milk. He cooperated a lot.
MILK has just been premiered in here Tokyo(I know it's really late tho!) and I was extremely impressed by seeing that film.
I almost cry when I saw his name in Special Thanks.
Anyway... I'm trying to change my job. Hahaha it's a bit funny coz millions of people want to work at Fuji TV but I almost kick its butt.
I've got next job(can't tell you yet but It's amazing...)
and I am trying to produce a professional film project which is quite international and I can go to have a presentation in Paris in this coming July!!!
Maybe my plan and synopsis will be passed the exam. A film making in Tokyo and Paris sounds ****ing awesome!!!!!!!!!
okay, no more blabbing.
Let's do it!!!!
